Over the course of this training, the concepts included in the definition of educational innovation and how they interrelate with each other are revealed, with the aim of laying the foundations on which to anchor subsequent knowledge. It also delves into theoretical concepts such as the types of innovations, models, and principles of innovation theory and indicators to measure innovation in the work environment.
There will be reflection on not only on the fields of application of educational innovation and its benefits, but also on trends in educational innovation and the challenges of education in the 21st century, empathising with the processes of change that affect all educational agents when an innovation implementation process is proposed.
